God sighting

Last year, when our church was preparing to move onto our new land and building, many of us were thinking "why hasn't the current building/land sold?" At the time, I knew God had ideas that we weren't aware of. It turns out I was right.
First off, the building is being rented by a "seed" church called "Middle Cross Church". They had been meeting in the auditorium of a school. So a temporary home was needed for them. This congregation had signed a lease with an option to buy clause. God answered a "temporary" prayer with this transaction.
In the meantime, over the summer, Zion Lutheran church had a fire, which (from my understanding) gutted the church. Considering this church was on the historical society register, it was sad to lose this building. As many Christians have witnessed to, God has ways of making good out of bad situations. Even Job was "blessed with two times what he had lost". This past week, Zion has placed an offer to buy the old building and land. (From my understanding) they're planning on rebuilding the old church, to be used as a satellite location. Which would be a blessing to their members who are not able to drive to the new location (if the sale goes through). The purchase of (our) church would allow them to continue to grow.
All three congregations need to approve this sale. If you are a praying person, please pray for God's will in this transaction. He is definitely moving these congregations!

It is good to know that there is a need for more churches and it will not be sold and renovated into office space. God Bless
