If I click my heels together 3 times, and say " There's no place like roses, there's no place like roses, there's no place like roses" would I be able to "land" in Portland, Oregon? (city of roses) Ok wishful thinking. Just one of those days. I'd much rather be in Oregon with a million (ok maybe only half a million) choices of activities. That's where the picture is from. The International Rose Gardens in Portland, to be exact. I realized, recently, this picture was taken 15 years ago. I really miss being able to visit OR once or twice a year. I know it's been 13 (almost) years since living on the coast. Like I said, just one of those days.
The Bible study for high school girls was a bust, this morning. I'm disappointed in that. I am really trying not to be down about it, though. There could be a number of reasons that no one showed up. Today was the Spring Game at UNL. Plus we are in the middle of track season, for high school. I'm going to talk to the Youth Director for advice and direction in this. Once we get started it could be a good thing. Just getting it off the ground has become a challenge. (Good time to remember: "Challenges are just opportunities in disguise")
Off to work on my homework. sigh

Gorgeous photo. I've never been to Oregon. Looks like I should add it to my list of places I want to travel to.
Don't give up on the bibly study thing. If it was easy, every one would be doing it. Pray.
That is disappointing, but you have a good attitude. Hang in there.
